Googled how to get rid of Hiccups Immediately,
Answer? Turn a glass of water around and sip from the other side 🤦♂️
I guess this ties into Dead Internet Theory. I know it’s kind of a shitty conspiracy theory, and usually my post here hit the nail on the head. But man I’m so fed up with the way things are now. What happened to the internet???

ss/ conspiracy about dead internet theory, I don’t know, I’m low effort at this point, I’m going to flavor trumps morning coffee, the lizard people are doing a terrible job.
Google is broken at this point.. any time I search something it’s 100 ads of not even close to what I’m looking for then 2 articles of info.
Idk man, I find Gemini and chatgpt to be extremely helpful. My skill sets are going through the roof
Try it, it works! The poles in the Oxygen molecules, when flipped 360 degrees, bond with your trachea muscle fibroids, causing temporary paralysis of your vocal chords.
I want to hear from someone who tried the ‘other side of the glass’ trick and it worked
A certain YouTuber who goes by the name Charlie posted a video not too long ago about how to get rid of them. When you get the hiccups, just tell yourself that you don’t actually have the hiccups and the idea of hiccups is ridiculous and there is no such thing. Works like a charm.
You can select to not use the ai response. Google is Google so it probably doesn’t matter.
Side step to I remember when Google was just a funny word.
Adding: one of my grade-school English teachers used this book as a reference based on how her husband read books. The book was called Google, it was a book of weird words.
If he had a “Google” word, as in a strange weird word that made no sense he would look it up in this book.
This was in the 90s so who knows.
Google has sucked for so long. It’s unusable for me at this point. DuckDuckGo has been ok with image searches and stuff but not amazing.
The ai didn’t explain it well, but if you put some water in a glass, put your lips on the side furthest from your mouth so your chin is kinda in the glass (do not rotate the glass), and then lean forward so your head is upside down and then drink the water, it does actually help with hiccups.
It’s very hard to explain without pictures.
