It’s not the most accurate summary, as it’s sneakier than that. It’s banning religious ceremonies in the cities sports facilities. So the regulation appears to be quite neutral… except that there’s been religious muslim celebrations done in said facilities for years with no problems. It’s still bad, but not quite as brazen as it seems.
