The worst thing that can ever happen to us is if we lose the ability to have jobs and have to rely on the government for housing and food.
Complete control.
I’m thinking not bc robots don’t pay taxes. I’ve heard ppl say tptb don’t need our taxes bc they print/have all the money, etc. – but, the irs isn’t going anywhere. I’m sure ai will help workers, but that’s about it.
I’d like to see an AI robot smoke weed behind the dumpster

Cars wiped out the entire horse industry breeders, carriage makers, blacksmiths, stables, you name it.
Throughout history, jobs come and go. Adapt or get left behind.
