Russia is wildly off track of its 2.5% growth target for 2025, the one it uses in its budget forecasts. To achieve it, Russian GDP would have to grow by almost 5% between now and the end of the year. With the current trajectory, growth would be just 0.7% for the full 2025 year

    growth was 1.1% YoY in Q2, but that’s because of the growth up to Q4 2024 , which means that even stagnating quarterly GDP is higher than the one 12 months ago
