James Westman, father of the Minnesota Catholic Church shooter, has reportedly been a Senior Application Developer at Esri for 29 years.

Esri (Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc.) is a global leader in geographic information system (GIS) software, web GIS, and geodatabase management. Its ArcGIS software is used by many U.S. government agencies, including intelligence community members like the CIA. Esri works closely with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) to support the IC GIS Portal, a platform that the CIA and other agencies rely on for geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) tasks.
