How about you do the same thing with “shooters who were not trans” and “shooters who were male”… And then compare the amount of trans vs not trans people in america and the amount of trans vs not trans shooters.
Hint: There is no “high percentage of mass shooters being trans”. The vast majority of mass shooters are not trans and are men.

The Georgia shooter wasn’t trans. He was a dude. Was on the men’s baseball team and already getting scouted by teams.

Shootings by trans people: 0.5%
