    Something I fear the market doing, as posited by this person at the end of the article, is a sort of complacency with the current situation – even if we oppose Trump, we still benefit irregardless. It sort of speaks to current Democracy whereby many people are just fine with horrible things happening so long as they benefit, in essence another kind of NIMBY.

    Which, I’d argue, only further shows that NIMBY’s are the bane of all human existence
