New Law requiring schools to provide military recruiters with Jr/Sr students information unless they sign the opt-out sheet. Anybody else heard of this law before?

Sounds perfectly in line with Massachusetts’ woman-ran nanny state policies where they will get up there and assert authority, policy, and vote to send your boys and men to war without ever having to do so themselves. There’s something insanely perverted in that. And they they will cry “oppression” at the first bit of accountability.
But I digress. You can’t own any real guns in Mass, pretty soon you won’t be able to buy nicotine, but you can chemically castrate your children, smoke dope nonstop and buy endless beer whenever you want (and drive) and force your children to get recruited while paying insane taxes for shitty roads and infrastructure. Even the toll roads are garbage.
I digress again.
Fear not. Massachusetts has the smartest, most compliant people (lol), the best schools (lol), and if you read the articles the top everything in all the country. Mass is Satan’s playground and ally flags are everywhere.
I wonder what is going to happen when the time inevitably comes that they need men and men have long realized that they have created something no man wants or need to participate in. I wonder if we will still assert the virtue that is “equality” that day.

This just sounds like Selective Service enlistment. I was automatically registered right before my 18th birthday. Maybe this is actually giving them an option to opt out instead, which would be new. I never had a choice.

I am almost positive this has been around for decades in my state.

If it was real it would quote the “New Law” by name and reference. It doesn’t.
The old Google machine said this [US Department of Education](https://studentprivacy.ed.gov/faq/what-are-requirements-access-military-recruiters-high-school-students)was enacted in 1965?

Is the “new law” at a state or federal level?
