Epstein survivor Lisa Phillips said during Wednesday's news conference: "I would like to announce here today, us Epstein survivors have been discussing creating our own list. We know the names. Many of us were abused by them. Now together as survivors, we will confidentially compile the names we all know who were regularly in the Epstein world."

Kentucky GOP Representative Thomas Massie wrote on X: "Survivors at our press conference announced they are privately compiling their own Epstein list. They would be sued into homelessness for naming names, but @RepMTG and I are willing to name names in the House of Representatives under Constitutional 'speech or debate' immunity."

    1. i give thanks to those two members of congress offering to use their speech or debate constitutional immunity to spare the victims from being sued (for possibly defamation by the named abusers)

that might eventually be one way forward not only in this case but in all situations where whistleblowers fear being persecuted by abusers of people or the environment

whistleblowers finding members of congress what have an interest in using their congressional immunity to help truth come out

    2. Another case of “I’ll believe it when I see it”

Why don’t they stop threatening to do it and just do it?

I believe they both are willing to do it, but I have doubts that they’ll ever get that list of names. They’ve been interfering with status quo since they were both elected, and there are a lot of people who would love to stain their re-election attempts.

      Hopefully I’m wrong.

I don’t want more people reading names, I want the entire list.

      I’m sick of

“all my political enemies are on the list. But none of my employers are.”

      – source: trust me bro

If they’re actually worried about the public overreaction, maybe law enforcement should stop publishing rage-slop manifestos from every two bit serial killer.
