
Ohio’s top court is being asked to order the release of records charging a victim of Cincinnati’s ‘violent attack.“
Greater Cincinnati resident Eugene J. Utz is calling for the misdemeanor case against Alexander Tchervinski to be made available to the public.
Cincinnati police charged Tchervinski, one of at least three people seriously hurt, with disorderly conduct more than three weeks after the July 26 melee at Fourth and Elm streets Downtown.
Not one single record, however, has been released by Cincinnati police, the city prosecutor’s office or Hamilton County Clerk of Courts since the case was filed nearly three weeks ago, on Aug. 19.

He is not a victim, he started the whole thing by slapping one of the charge black offenders. This stinks of favoring a white man.
