She also made it clear that she was not a fan of the administration’s Gaza policy if you read the released excerpt.
Though you are hearing more senior Biden foreign policy aides say this as well such as Jon Finer, Phillip Gordon, and Matthew Miller.

> Harris claimed the president’s staff “was adding fuel to negative narratives that sprang up around me,” including the narrative that she ran a “chaotic” office.
That’s a damning accusation if it’s true.

I would be interested to know how well the VP and POTUS get along in general. To be blunt I don’t think she was chosen because she had this great preexisting relationship with Biden. It’s not the best look but she’s got a point. He also made her the border czar which is definitely not the most popular issue to attach her to when you think she might want to run next.
To be fair though I’m not sure she wins the primary if he says he’s not running sooner. Also the longer she had to campaign the more her numbers went down. You have to wonder though…

I’ve come to really dislike Biden, he was elected to put an end to Trumpism, and look where we are now

She’s trying to put a wedge between herself and the Biden admin so that she can run in 2028.
