I can’t really imagine a bond auction failing to raise enough money, worst case the USA just ends paying much higher interest rates, but the money will be there all the same

Hasn’t he been doomposting about America and the rise of China for like the past 15 years?
I mean, he’s bound to end up being right eventually

Genuinely asking, if this is true then why are real long-term rates under 2.5%?

Ray Dalio went from running one of the largest hedge funds to running dumb YouTube scams and selling “free investor advice”. One of the steepest falls of anyone I can think of.

Other countries ought not to buy US Bonds until the U.S. ceases acting as a hostile nation.

I don’t know about that. With 10-year inflation expectations at 2.29% (per Cleveland Fed) and the 10-year treasury yield at 4.14%, that leaves a real annual yield of only 1.85%. So it seems to me there has been more than enough demand for the supply of US debt.
