It would explain why he promised to release them and then didn’t release them when he saw the extent of the evidence against him. I also believe the CIA is using that blackmail against powerful people to get them to do what they want. If they release the files they have to arrest them and then they lose leverage.

Why couldn’t he be filming his sexual activities, and rewatch at a later date?
If Trump had just been caught up being blackmailed they would have been able to sweep that under the rug. It’s the fact that he is one of the 3 members of the committee.
