They have to get this through parliament and then the House of Lords before it becomes law, this will take years, hopefully with enough pushback and protests this will be dropped or amended enough in such a way that makes it useless or worthless. I’m not holding my breath though.

Nope, I’m not doing it, I don’t care the implications of not doing it, but I’m not doing it, they can shove it.

If this happens we are the lucky ones because there will be some sort of opt out option, because right now not everyone (think elderly for example) can do this, so an opt out ‘could’ be an option, but as time goes on your children and their’s will have no such option.

I will fight this with every fibre of my body (law abidingly).

I will protest, I will rant, I will encourage others and I will do everything possible to not comply with this, it is disgraceful.

It is painted as ‘for our benefit’ (any benefit you can think of from child exploitation to fraud to illegal immigration to ANYTHING, any boogyman they can think of will be fixed by this).

But no, none of that is true, nothing will change except YOU will be spied on and YOU will have ALL your data on a server somewhere, all nicely packaged and ripe for a hack and you will lose all peace of mind.

Every interaction, financial, personal, professional will have the Gov over your shoulder looking at it. Oh that’s OK, I have nothing to hide !!. Guess what, you do. You do have things you would rather keep private, and if you accept this that privacy will be gone.

It will be followed by CBDC’s and finally credit scores.

I will never accept this and I strongly suggest you never accept it either.
