I’ve read this somewhere else also. I think it’s stockpiling for a conflict with China. The sky is going to be filled with missiles/drones/stuffed animals/whatever in this kind of conflict and they’re concerned they will run out of missiles in like 2 days. So they’re probably stockpiling for that
Stockpiling is good when your industry suck ass and can’t produce what it will need when a war comes on.
