Why the blockade (and therefore, kidnapping internationals) is illegal:
– Geneva Convention IV, Article 33
– Additional Protocol I, Article 54
– Principle of Proportionality
– UNCLOS
The Palmer Report from 2011 that says the blockade is legal is widely acknowledged as being contradictory to IHL and influenced by Israeli politics.
Im surprised Canada didn’t send a bunch considering theres so many protestor’s in our streets
