Alcohol is not only neurotoxic, but also a Group 1 carcinogen. Doesn’t stop me from enjoying the social and biological benefits from a glass of Laphroaig, but it does stop me from drinking heavily every single day of my life.
Like alcohol, is there some limit of flouride that we can biologically benefit from while minimizing potential harm?
