      What rights are being taken away? I thought NBC and ABC were private companies and they could do whatever they wanted? Atleast that’s what I was told when all these media companies were banning and Deplatforming anyone questioning covid…….funny how it’s now a problem because your fee wees got hurt.

      The Chair of the FCC, Brendan “We can do this the easy way or the hard way” Carr has been a Trump sycophant for years and has shown he will gladly goatse himself to let Trump in. Hell, he even wrote a whole section on how to reform the FCC as part of Project 2025.
      I suppose you could take it to the Supreme Court which Trump has bought and paid for. With the judges in his back pocket, you will get nothing but a ruling in his favor.
