Criminalize stupid (me)
It’s weird to me that two of the most foundational books for my personality, fiction books that I read and thought about constantly and continue to influence how I think and do things, don’t even have Wikipedia pages
So according to YouGov [27% of U.S. adults believe there are wars going on in American cities and another 22% aren’t sure](https://today.yougov.com/topics/politics/survey-results/daily/2025/09/30/5825b/3). This gives me an idea for a reality comedy show: Get some MAGAs who apparently genuinely believe that Portland is Mogadishu and send them there in an armored vehicle under the pretense of being war correspondents. Then suit them up in body armor and send them to do tasks like going to coffee shops. I think just following them around with a camera crew as they navigate worn-torn Portland while periodically yelling for them to duck for cover has high entertainment value. The series can culminate with them having to respond to a “riot” which turns out to be Portland’s annual naked bike riding parade. Please fund me.
