– Prime Minster fails to pass a budget and gets thrown out
– Appoint new Prime Minister who supports basically the exact same policies and decides to keep the exact same unpopular Cabinet
– New Prime Minister gets thrown out
– (Rinse and Repeat until the 5th Republic explodes)
