Japan’s new PM said that all Chinese people are potential spies

I mean, it’s not necessarily false that the CCP could force Chinese people to do this, but coming from “Taliban Takaichi”…

I know Japan has pretty lax zoning rules but I would think even then the government can stop a private landowner from building a foreign military base on their land should one attempt to.
