Were they really workers?
It’s always about oil.
This grants Shell authorization to work with Venezuela, this isn’t proof of an invasion. There’s a US embargo so if Shell just did it then they would face penalties in the US
They already had authorization previously and Trump canceled it. Now it’s back on, because I’m sure they slipped him some money…
