World Govts should audit Underground Empires: How the dp state is Preparing for Doomsday

TLDR: Many people and orgs (dp state, Wall Street, its players – Soros, CIA, MI6, world billionaires) are anticipating a huge war and have already invested billions into bunkers. The war might be nuclear / biological.

• They want to protect themselves but sacrifice common people across the world. This should be banned.
• Only real, genuine underground construction like metros, experiments, etc., should be allowed. In case of war – NOBODY should be allowed to STAY in that and remain SAFE.
• Since we don’t know who has built what and where – there should be internationally enforced laws – and every country – especially CIA bases, USA, UK – should FULLY allow complete audits of all its underground bases across the world.
• Everything should be audited by ALL COUNTRIES using live video camera streams, etc. – NOT by any dp state orgs like the UN, since they will hide the truth.

Why? If not – in case of war – these people have nothing to fear. They will stock supplies for one decade, have electricity for two decades (small nuclear ones), and will have enough space for 1000 servants. They have nothing to lose. After things are safe, they will come out – and all such people (max 1000 KINGS and QUEENS) will rule the whole world.

Govts should publish list of all such bunkers by private people. Other public bunkers (nuclear facilities, defense facilities etc) should NOT be allowed to be used by anyone after war starts. It should not become a safe haven only for the elites.
