Because market conditions may still provide for a very high demand for homes, but that won’t necessarily translate into high demand for the speculative investment asset class of strange, 3D constructed IRL NFT’s called “small condos” that have driven so much of Canada’s economy in recent decades. If these got turned into spaces that humans could live in, that could salvage some value.
