I suspect that the extremely prestigious and always accurate Deagel Report relies heavily on astrology. The current population and GDP numbers are most likely inflated by governments as a result of cooking the books.
Perhaps they're forecasting, via the celestial bodies, that the truth will be revealed at this time. In the past, wealth was determined by how much cattle you had. And people didn't necessarily eat those animals.
Then they switched from cattle representing wealth, to the population–the human beings–representing it. At that point, they decided to profit from all newly worthless bovines.
Using propoganda to get people into the idea, soon stockyard slaughter houses and the meat industry became mainstream. This also helps their occcult rituals–with all the blood flowing and slicing, dicing and eating of flesh.
