I stopped following after the first round. Bolivia is better off regardless after 19 years of abhorrent corruption, mismanagement, and socialism from MAS-IPSP.

Underdogs have been doing really well in Latin American elections this year. Paz seemed to have the better policies. I joke about legalizing the black market, but it’s better than hoping for an IMF loan. You can’t base your economic recovery off of loans, loans you may not even get.
