Is there any way to determine when this 9/11 photo was taken without a timestamp? Got banned from 911archives for this photo thinking it was flight 175

Is it before second plane hit the other tower? If so, its probably a few min after it hit. I’d guess about 8:50. Second plane hit at 9:03. If that plane in the background is the second plane, its closer to 9.
