Right, I tell people this all the time. Most of the developed world lives in temperate climates that aren’t going to become uninhabitable. The average temperature difference between Pennsylvania and Florida is 15 degrees Fahrenheit. Even in the worst case scenarios several degrees of warming isn’t going to cause staple crop agriculture to collapse in most of the temperate world.
The countries that will be hardest hit by climate change are the ones that are already poor and hot.
