If secret, full scale tests were being conducted there’d be seismic data, if this isn’t present then it’s unlikely to be happening.
US Energy Secretary clarified that current American “system tests” are non-nuclear, involving components of weapons rather than full detonations.
Little does Trump know that in the modern era, nuclear tests are done by computer programmers running mathematical models, not by blowing things up. It’s far less sexy and far less dangerous now.
