Notice how now the cost of property taxes and homeowners insurance has skyrocketed ? They are making it impossible to afford home ownership
so “you will own nothing” and be forced to rent. No doubt renting will require digital ID. Also prisons are being made for the homeless which will be illegal. Additionally there is talk about stopping Social security to expats. We will have no choice but to comply, the American dream is dead! #Agenda2030

For some anecdotal perspective, I’m closing on a home this Friday. Mortgage is roughly 2400 with insurance being 250 for home and 180 for flood. About 450 in property taxes. My current rent is 2650 and they just jacked it up to 2950 for my march renewal.
About 10% difference. Now the rent is going to increase and everything outside the mortgage will likely increase each year as well. At this point I’ll take the equity as it should be better returns by the time 2030 rolls around to own instead of rent

Glad I’ve paid cash for everything. House Is 400k more bought in 2019 at 245k when the market was bad and paid cash. Cars? Cash. The only thing I pay for is insurance and monthly things like internet and streaming services, food etc
