For the first time since 1929, the Series 1996 $20 bill was completely redesigned, mainly to reduce counterfeiting. The new $20 bill now features a larger, more prominent portrait of President Andrew Jackson.
The newer bill depicts Jackson as having a more defined jawline, sharper nose, and clearer face; however, Jackson’s facial structure on the new bill isn’t as thin as Jackson is normally depicted. Overall, the new Jackson looks different and less like the actual person.
However, the new Jackson has a striking resemblance to Jeffrey Epstein, who needs no introduction. It’s been documented in the past that Epstein was close with Bill Clinton during his presidency and was a frequent visitor to the White House. The new $20 bill was introduced during Clinton’s presidency, and so there’s a possibility that for some reason, Epstein was put on the $20 bill, just slightly modified to resemble Andrew Jackson.
It could just be a coincidence, but considering his relationship with the Clintons, it wouldn’t be too outlandish to consider…

The new one doesn’t look like Jackson actually looked, or just doesn’t look like other paintings/drawings of him?
As far as I’m aware there aren’t any extant photos of Jackson to compare it to.
You do know that the president has no control over what the currency looks like right?
It is a collaboration between the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (which prints money), the Federal Reserve (which issues it).
