I’ve seen this, too. Spent 2 months in hospital, the only thing to do was look out the window. The day would start out cool and clear, end up overcast and muggy – straight from plane activity in ATL. Chemtrails, contrails, doesn’t matter, it impacts cloud coverage, which impacts local temps and humidity. No way that doesn’t ultimately impact regional weather/rainfall.
