**Submission Statement:** The Supreme Court has begun arguments over the 14th Amendment regarding *birthright* citizenship. In an original and narrow interpretation, the 14th was argued to only apply to descendants of slaves, however, long established precedence has consistently interpreted this to mean all persons born in the United States. That doesn’t stop the MAGA movement from wanted to revert to a 19th-century strict interpretation of the amendment (let alone a full abolishment of it).
