It’s been reported her parents were happy to give up her organs for donation to help save critically unwell Vietnamese patients. (Which on paper I’m all for if all parties provide permission) However then I decided to see if there were any known/documented illegal organ harvesting links in Vietnam, and according to Asia news network, there are. I might be shooting in the dark here but unwise to rule out foul play imo.

This happens in the US all the time. Don’t get in an accident in the rural USA. The rural hospitals are poor and underfunded. Hospitals get big kickbacks for providing organs.
Just because there is an illicit market for something, it doesn’t mean there isn’t also a legitimate version alongside it.
