3. My opinion
Massive AI profit led to quite great GDP growth rate but is focused on few chip companies. This led to labor unrests and conflicts as the workers from those companies try to monopolize the profit, stockholders wants dividend, government wants investment and tax, and umbrella unions want it to be distributed to workers in subcontractors. The fact that Samsung union is not part of KCTU and FKTU makes it harder to negotiate or mediate the dispute. As those big unions have established practices while this one is quite unpredictable.
