Kind of expected. Relations with the US were tight even during the leftist administration. Also, unlike other bigger and more secure European countries, the US can make life for Greece very difficult if we didn’t play ball. Still, it’s sad that the US is choosing to promote projects that make economic sense. I know they are trying to curtail China’s influence but there is no way a port right next to Piraeus and a LNG pipeline to the poorest European country will work out.

No suprise there . All anybody need to know about the Greek right is this :
