      Submission statement: this is a news article about the harrowing report on the use of sexual violence by Hamas against israeli women and men during and after 10/7. 

      The report was made by the Israeli civil commission on hamas crimes, which was formed shortly after 10/7 with the goal of documenting the atrocities committed by Hamas during the attacks.

      Relevance to the sub: it’s a report on a relevant issue that is a significant and recent event in a globally relevant conflict
