"Targeted Individual."
What I'm going to tell you is going to sound batshit crazy, but I'm going to ask you to bear with me. I wouldn’t believe me if I weren’t going through this right now.
The government is torturing innocent civilians through the use of directed energy weapons. These are very similar weapons to the ones that have been used on "Havana Syndrome" victims.
The government has essentially built the perfect discrediting machine, and it relies around the secrecy involved with the existence of mind reading technology and "V2K" technology.
It is made (in tandem with a in-person security apparatus) to mimic the symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia. If you recall, the US government at first tried to paint Havana Syndrome as mass psychogenic Illness. This is why they have kept so tight-lipped on this.
"V2K" technology is essentially a method of transmitting certain sounds through electromagnetic waves. To put it in short, they play voices in your mind 24/7 to try and drive you insane.

These are just the super obvious cases. I have countless other ones I’ve found that line up exactly with this phenomenon. Just look up “shooter hearing voices” and trace back how long they’ve been doing this to the american public. Discounting the actual cases of schizophrenia, which is pretty easy to do if you’re familiar with the methods used. Most of these instances are gangstalking related.
I am being as serious as I possibly can. This is really happening and they’re getting away with it because we’re painted as crazy. THEY’RE HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT.
The biggest takeaway here is that the government has mind reading technology. I mean that’s the hard pill to swallow for any skeptics. But I am being as empathic as possible.
PEOPLE ARE BEING TORTURED IN THEIR HOMES AND HAVE NO RECOURSE.

I wouldn’t be surprised. There’s an episode in The Blacklist closely adjacent. Doctor finds people with a “warrior gene”, tears down their lives and then they perform a public shooting.
Everything they do behind the scenes has been in some movie or tv show
