Given their development level, China’s ATC is not really that good. I haven’t personally flown into China but my friends have and they keep telling me that they’re unpredictable, because much of their airspace is squat on by the military. I’ve been to SEA and they’re all significantly better from what I’ve heard, no crazy stories.
