Where I live, about 90% of the theft is caused by the same 1% of the population. In other cities, they have more precise numbers, like 91% caused by the same 800 people or so.

Imagine being able to reduce theft by 90% by just… not electing Soros DA’s? But yea stay home on election day because of gas prices or something 🙄
