Moronic to even consider such. Fuck this entire administration.

TACO as expected.
I was very sure that this was never going to go anywhere. I think it never got seriously checked or thought through by anyone in the administration. They may not even have had the idea before SecDef opened his big mouth at the time. But this is foolish or wrong from a lot of perspectives including ones the president actually cares about.
Glad it is dead. Pun intended.

As it turns out, staffing your entire administration with groyper freaks can get you too far over your skis on stuff like this in comparison to the general public. Who knew?

Funny, this is exactly the type of headline that I knew was eventually coming when I woke up on November 9th, 2016.

You know how fucked in the head Hegseth must be if even Trump looked at this guy in a wheelchair, looked at the fact that they were about to bag him up on Twitch/Youtube or w/e, and just said:
‘Nahhhhhhhhhh.’

I mean…
It’s incredible to me the pentagon went full throttle on this insane, incredibly risky politically idea on the eve of midterms without fully clearing it with Trump.
Just… what are we doing here guys? I know the answer to this question, but it’s still exhausting and a tad frightening that we have enough people huffing their own populist farts that they think it’s a good idea to live stream the State ritualistically shooting someone to death.
This had no wings. The average American, in fact, doesn’t want to watch public executions.
MAGA men, on average, do. But even then it’s hardly a significant majority.

Thank god
someone got a poll on this and the results were grim (for public execution freaks)
