    SCOTUS has meaningfully said no to Trump twice to date, one time technically temporarily.

    Basically every time an emergency docket would benefit him, they also went for that.

    People trying to claim that current SCOTUS has any legal legitimacy (who were vehemently upvoted on this very sub earlier in the year) are mysteriously absent.

  3. The Supreme Court being so blatantly partisan is just as horrifying to me as the GOP led Congress neutering themselves to placate Trump.

    These institutions are ideological of course but they aren’t supposed to be blindly partisan
