Loud-Chemistry-5056 on April 7, 2026 5:53 am SS: Ben Roberts-Smith had previous brought various media outlets to court for defamation over the reporting on allegations of BRS’s misconduct. It was found that the allegations made by the media, think kicking prisoners off of cliffs, were substantially true. Doing this only worsened his public image, but he hadn’t been criminally charged.
