I’m not sure what the best short run moves are but in the medium to long term there’s a clear need to derisk from the middle east and oil. Massive investment into renewables and EVs can fix part of the issue and for urea, coal processes to produce urea as an alternative to natural gas being needed is an option.

I live in and am travelling around Southeast Asia, and honestly, not much has changed.
Definitely not like COVID at all.
Could things get bad? Certainly, but right now this article seems massively sensationalist.
