Clarification on the Red v. Blue button question. Toddlers must press, and their parents cannot help

    Many people assumed the implication was that only rational adults able to consent had to push, but everyone has to. And parents can’t coach their kids/know how their kids picked

    And given that very young children will probably just mash a random button, then pressing red means you condone the killing of approximately 350,000,000 kids under 5 (estimates as of 2023 is that there are 650-700 million kids under 5)

    What if it teleports a quadriplegic who can’t move their limbs? Are they stuck in the booth forever or until they starve to death?

  3. It’s bad enough to not care about other children. But if you have any children of your own or in your family, then you’d have to be a complete psychopath to not choose blue.
