    Judge Kim Hong-seop, a warrant judge at the Suwon District Court, issued an arrest warrant for the boss of a plating company on charges of aggravated bodily injury. The employer in question is an individual in their 60s with the surname Lee.
    Lee is accused of injuring the organs of a Thai migrant worker on Feb. 20 by using a high-pressure air blow gun on their anus at their plating business in the township of Hyangnam in the Manse District of Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province.
