I’ve been researching Draconian lore for a long time, but I want to hear from people here who have deeply studied their factions and how hybrids operate in everyday life.
I’m asking because many years ago, my husband had a friend he knew for a long time who turned out to be a human-reptilian hybrid. It wasn’t some terrifying monster encounter or a horror movie scenario, but she was definitely a hybrid and she was heavily draining his energy.
After years of looking into this, we are still trying to connect the dots on how their energy-vampirism works and where they fit in the hierarchy.

I think its a (valid) pun on the human reptilian mind, nothing more. It would apply to people who move out of the mammalian brain and become more vicious, for example, when they become too wealthy.
