Other’s have pointed out that he was in the Ukraine during a major barrage from Russia missiles and drones. Maybe the Iran assassination rumors are a distraction from that.
Or maybe a 71 year old man in a high-pressure position had a heart attack after a stressful international tour. There is no evidence against that, and it is the simplest explanation.
