How Trump’s FBI Purge Saved Lindsey Graham and James Clyburn From a Bribery Investigation — A Hawaiian naval firm filled South Carolina politicians’ campaign coffers with cash and won federal contracts in the state

$10 million to a defense firm for a measly $100,000 donation.

I’m always amazed how cheap our politicians, even Senators are. You would think that to steer a $10 million contract their way, Graham would have asked for more in campaign contributions. I don’t know enough about campaign finance laws to know if the reason he only asked for $100,000 was to avoid some kind of red flag or higher degree of scrutiny.

In any case, Trump’s FBI purge resulted in all of the people investigating Lindsey Graham and James Clyburn, losing their jobs. It’s pretty naked corruption. I couldn’t imagine losing my job at the FBI for investigating corrupt politicians and judges, that shit would make me livid. I hope those agents are able to sue for wrongful termination, get their jobs and a massive bag, cuz this is ridiculous.
