VA employee terminated on Feb 3rd finally has MSPB hearing date! Fired Illegally

Allow me to provide some background for context. I am currently represented by a well-known federal attorney in D.C., and while her services are costing me quite a bit, her reputation and experience with federal employment law are second to none. We are preparing for my upcoming Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) appeal hearing in front of a Judge in Oakland CA. If I win, the Veterans Affairs will be forced to reinstate me, provide back pay, and cover all legal fees. With the evidence I have its a great possibility that I can prevail.
